The protection of your data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website.

  1. FUNDAMENTALS
Data protection is a very important issue and we take it very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and securely. Since we process personal data in the course of our activities, we would like to inform you here about the applicable legal provisions and in particular about the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the processing of your personal data and the extent to which they are processed. In order to protect your data from third parties and not to make it accessible, we take the utmost care to ensure that we take organizational and technical measures to secure your data. When communicating by e-mail and via websites, we generally cannot guarantee complete data security, so we recommend sending confidential information by post. We also reserve the right to amend this data protection information and therefore recommend that you inform yourself regularly about the current version.
  2. YOUR RIGHTS
As a data subject, you can request information about the processing of your personal data, request its erasure or the restriction of data processing. Furthermore, you have the right to rectification or erasure of personal data concerning you or to restriction of processing by the controller or to object to further data processing. To ensure that no one can request information about your personal data without authorization, we check your identity before providing information. We also ask you to inform us if your data is no longer up to date so that we can correct it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority if you feel that your rights have been violated by the data processing carried out by us. If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, please contact us first by e-mail or telephone. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, please contact us by e-mail at office@radiantpig.com or send us your request by post to Radiant PIG GmbH, Auerspergstraße 17/9, 1080 Vienna.

There are some cases in which we collect your name and contact details (such as e-mail address, telephone number and postal address). However, we do not collect this information without consent and never use it for the placement of online advertising. We store this information, including e-mail address and other contact information, solely to respond to a user’s inquiry, and by entering your contact information as provided above, you consent to us using this information to contact you regarding your inquiry. This consent is our legal basis for using the information in this way. We may share your contact information with our subsidiaries and affiliates so that they may contact you in connection with the purpose of your request for the purposes set out in this Policy.
Your data is collected and processed on our website in the following cases:

    * if you are interested in our services and e.g. send us the contact form with your data
    * when you register for our newsletter
    * if you wish to enter into a contractual relationship with us
We have a legitimate interest in this processing (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. We use these to inform you about our services and offers and to get in touch with you.
If you do not provide the data requested by us, we will not be able to provide the services mentioned or not in full.
Data that you entrust to us will not be passed on to third parties for other purposes.
  4. DURATION OF DATA STORAGE
We delete your personal data if you revoke the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for further processing. Otherwise, we delete the data stored by us as soon as it is no longer required for a specific purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.
  5. SOCIAL MEDIA & SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS
The social media widgets used on this website include LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. These social media widgets collect information about your visit to the website and your use of the social platform services (e.g. buttons or likes) on the website.
These are cookies that support the functionality of the website. These are third-party cookies that allow you to share comments, pages, bookmarks and likes and easily access social networking tools.
We operate a Facebook and Instagram page. We use the services of Meta Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Ireland. The agreement on joint responsibility for the processing of personal data was concluded for this purpose.
When you visit our Facebook or Instagram page, Meta collects additional information that is stored on your device in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us, as the operator of the Facebook page, with statistical information about the use of the pages.
We use the Facebook pixel to optimize target groups for our advertising campaigns. This only with your consent.
